At the moment, 3,000 asylum seekers are still without a housing solution. This is what Fanny François, interim director at Fedasil, says in Le Soir on Saturday, based on a recent report on the asylum crisis. When asked whether the crisis is almost resolved, François replies in the negative “because there are still people on the waiting list”. She does expect that the number of 3,000 will drop in the coming weeks as a result of the measures taken.
