Featuring Anniversary Edition: Daft Punk celebrates ten years of RANDOM ACCESS MEMORIES

Almost exactly ten years ago, on May 17, 2013, Daft Punk’s fourth and final album RANDOM ACCESS MEMORIES was released, including the hit “Get Lucky” with Pharrell Williams and numerous other guest appearances by Nile Rodgers, Giorgio Moroder, Panda Bear, Julian Casablancas, Todd Edwards and Paul Williams. For its anniversary, the French House duo has announced a new edition. In addition to the 13 original tracks, 35 minutes of previously unreleased music are to be heard on it. We are talking about nine tracks including demos, tests and outtakes. The new version will be available from May 12th on three LPs, two CDs, or streamed or downloaded.

Daft Punk disbanded as an active band in February 2021 but remain active on social media and on behalf of managing their legacy. Thomas Bangalter, part of the duo, will also release a new solo album in April 2023.
