Federico Carabetta, how were the beginnings of Fcic Management?
I am the founding partner and CFO of FCIC Management, a company dedicated to Flipping and real estate developments in Florida.
It all started 6 years ago. My friend and partner Ignacio Cattaneo, who has been accompanying people for more than 15 years to invest in intelligence in the real estate market and with my experience in capital lifting leading a family office we decided to unite and start with what we are currently.
We shared the same values, a similar way of thinking and the vision that working together could build something important. We saw a clear need in the real estate market: many investors, mainly foreigners, were with a very common problem, the lack of transparency and problems during the projects. FCIC accompanies customers throughout the process, in a personalized and professional way.
What personal and business values define them as a team?
The values that define us as team are the roots in our family. Our parents have been great entrepreneurs, but, above all, great people. We inherit principles such as honesty, respect, loyalty and the value of sacrifice.
We work with transparency and commitment, always prioritizing the human and long -term relationships and teamwork. “A good player wins games, but a team wins championships”
This way of working, with the heart and honesty is what really distinguishes us from the rest.
What are the services they provide to the public?
At this time within the FCIC brand we have two business units. One is Flipping, that I will explain briefly. We receive investors, with a minimum ticket of $ 100,000, we bought a property, we remodel it and then sell it. This process has an estimated time from 9 to 14 months.
On the other hand, we develop properties. We receive investors, with a minimum ticket of $ 250,000, we bought the land and develop what was allowed by the city and the county. This process has an estimated time of 20 to 30 months.
It should be noted that, in both businesses, we have legal and accounting advice for the benefit of investors and tranquility in operations.
How do they visualize the future of the company and what do they dream of building?
We are living a very special moment. We made a strategic alliance with a large company, Land Development, and we are already developing two neighborhoods in Orlando, one of 31 and another of 70 Townhomes. It is a great step for us and we live it with the same passion and commitment to those we started.
Our dream for the next few years goes far beyond numbers. We want to continue growing solidly, maintaining attractive returns for our investors, diversifying risks and demonstrating specific results as we have done so far. But above all we sound with building more than properties: a reputation. We want to be recognized as a reliable, transparent and human team, which fulfills what promises and takes care of each person who trusts us.
