Double bad luck for FC St. Pauli: In the 1-1 win over Augsburg, two players of the promoted team injured themselves. At least one professional will be missing longer.

FC St. Pauli will have to do without defenders Manoli Saliacas in the coming weeks. The 28-year-old Greek suffered a muscular injury in the right thigh in the game against FC Augsburg (1-1), as the Hamburgers announced on Monday after further examinations.

Saliacas had to be replaced on Saturday after 80 minutes. In the Bundesliga, the Greek was used in 19 out of 20 games so far and was only missing once in the starting eleven. So far he has contributed a goal and a template.

Morgan Guilavogui also had to be replaced after 61 minutes due to an injury. In the striker from France, the club announced a final diagnosis for this Tuesday (February 4).

The 26-year-old had recently played a crucial role in the victories against Union Berlin (3-0) and 1. FC Heidenheim (2-0). In 18 missions so far he scored five times and set up another goal.
