FC Eindhoven won the derby against Helmond Sport 2-1 on Friday evening. Due to this result, the team of trainer Rob Penders continues to compete in the top of the Keuken Kampioen Division. FC Den Bosch went down 4-0 in the away match against Excelsior. TOP Oss gave away a lead against Telstar in injury time, 2-2. NAC won the away match against MVV Maastricht 2-1.
Excelsior – FC Den Bosch 4-0
FC Den Bosch went down hard on Friday evening in the away match against Excelsior, 4-0. Halfway through, the Bosschenaren were 1-0 behind after a goal by Thijs Dallinga. Shortly after the break, Mats Wieffer increased the lead to 2-0. Marouan Azarkan and again Thijs Dallinga determined the final score at 4-0. FC Den Bosch is in 15th place in the Kitchen Champion Division after the defeat.
Helmond Sport – FC Eindhoven 1-2
FC Eindhoven won the derby against last-placed Helmond Sport with 2-1. For the team of trainer Rob Penders it was the seventh victory in a row. After fifteen minutes, Charles-Andreas Brym gave the visitors a 1-0 lead. The devil of the derby was in the tail. Ten minutes before the end, Belgian Jellert van Landschoot Helmond Sport equalized. Joey Sleegers (FC Eindhoven) signed for the winning goal shortly before time, 2-1.
Telstar – TOP Oss 2-2
TOP Oss gave up a 2-1 lead in injury time against Telstar. In the 92nd minute, Anwar Bensabouh equalized for Telstar. The home team had taken the lead halfway through the first half through Rein Smit. Shortly before half time, Joshua Sanches tied the score again. Kay Tejan gave the Ossaren the lead again.
