Premier League relegated Burnley FC have unveiled their fifth new signing for the coming season in Samuel Bastien. The 25-year-old midfielder has been given a contract until June 2025, reportedly for a fee of 800,000 euros. In 2018, the right foot switched from Chievo Verona to Standard Liège for 3 million euros, where Bastien was tied until 2023. Born in Meux, Belgium, the Congolese trained at RSC Anderlecht.
