FC Bayern sells Cuisance to FC Venice

Munich (dpa) – FC Bayern Munich has given reservist Michael Cuisance to FC Venice with immediate effect. As the Italian first division soccer club announced, the midfielder will receive a contract until the summer of 2025.

According to media reports, the 22-year-old Frenchman should bring in three to four million euros in transfer fees plus possible bonus payments. Cuisance moved from Borussia Mönchengladbach to FC Bayern in the summer of 2019 for around ten million euros. However, it was never able to assert itself on the Isar and was in the meantime awarded to Olympique Marseille. In Munich he had a contract until June 30, 2024.

Cuisance appeared in just 13 competitive games for the Bayern professionals and scored two goals. “We would like to thank Michael Cuisance for his commitment in the FC Bayern jersey and wish him all the best and much success for his future at FC Venice,” said sports director Hasan Salihamidzic in the club’s announcement.
