Luca Denk leaves FC Bayern after eight years and joins the Dutch second division club FC Emmen. The 22 -year -old midfielder has been a permanent tribe of the second team in the regional league Bayern in recent years and most recently led the team as captain. He completed a total of 79 games for the U23 of the record champions, in 2023 he was the only time in the professional squad in the 1st cup round against Prussia Münster (4: 0).
Denk meets a total of six German legionnaires in Emmen, including Luca Unlochaun, Torben Rhein or Julius Kade. To his change, he said: “I had a wonderful and formative time at FC Bayern and would like to thank everyone who accompanied my way. Now I’m really looking forward to the new task in Emmen,” said.
Markus Weinzierl, sporting director at FC Bayern Campus, added: “Luca came to us with the opening of the campus in 2017 and has been through all youth teams since then. He has always been a role model in terms of character and attitude. Recently he was captain with the amateurs and recently successfully completed his apprenticeship as a specialist. For his long time at FC Bayern and wish him all the best for the future. ”
