FC Bayern is involved in poker for European champion Lorenzo Insigne

Lorenzo Insigne’s contract with SSC Napoli expires at the end of the season. A fact that makes the Italian European champion extremely interesting for numerous clubs. Allegedly, FC Bayern Munich is also involved in poker for the 30-year-old winger.

As the “Gazzetta dello Sport“reports, FC Bayern is one of the clubs that is closely monitoring Insigne’s contract situation.

In addition to Munich, the three Italian clubs AS Rome, Inter Milan and Lazio Rome as well as Tottenham Hotspur from the Premier League are said to be interested in a commitment. Insigne has also been traded at FC Chelsea and FC Barcelona.

Insigne and Napoli have not yet been able to agree on a contract extension. The national player is allegedly calling for an increase in salary from currently around 3.5 to five million euros for an extension. According to reports, the Serie A club would rather reduce the salary because of the financial difficulties. Should no agreement be reached, Insigne would be available for free in the summer.

Leeds ace Raphinha also traded at Bayern

However, Insigne is not the only winger currently traded at Bayern. The Brazilian international Raphinha from Leeds United is also a topic on Säbener Straße, according to TNT Sports Brasil.

Accordingly, the 25-year-old wing racer will move from the Premier League club to Säbener Straße in January for 50 million euros. Insignia would be the much cheaper option.

Whether FC Bayern will sign another attacker for the wings depends on the future of Kingsley Comans. The 25-year-old will start his last year of contract next July, but the Munich team and their winger have not yet been able to agree on an extension of the cooperation.
