Robert Lewandowski’s advisor Pini Zahavi has publicly commented on his client’s desire to change for the first time. In an interview with “Bild”, he said: “FC Bayern is history for Robert Lewandowski.” The 70-year-old does not believe that the Pole will still fulfill the last year of his contract. “The fact is: Robert would like to leave FC Bayern after eight years together, in which he gave the club everything. The consultant has no words of praise for the people involved in the German record champions. Sports director Hasan Salihamidzic was “surprised” by the behavior of the players’ agent in the “double pass” at Sport1 on Sunday. “I can’t say what he said to the player (Lewandowski, editor’s note),” he added. Unlike Zahavi, he would “never” reveal details of contract talks.
Lewandowski’s advisor now said: “Actually, I didn’t want to make these statements publicly because I have great respect for this historic club. But it’s impossible for me not to react to Hasan Salihamidzic’s statements.”
