FC Bayern has found a new central defender in Eric Dier. In the summer, things could get exciting again in Munich with regard to the personnel in the middle of the defense. A star from AC Milan is apparently still in the sights of the German record champions.
The Italian portal “calciomercato.com” reports that Fikayo Tomori is on FC Bayern’s transfer list for the coming summer. Head coach Thomas Tuchel is therefore a fan of the 26-year-old.
Tomori was already linked to FC Bayern at the beginning of the year. According to “Sky”, the Munich team had received a rejection from Milan. Bayern’s sporting director Christoph Freund was said to be “a great friend” of the five-time England international, it was said at the time.
Tomori has a contract with the traditional Italian club until 2027. The defensive specialist is currently out due to a hamstring injury. Tomori moved from Chelsea to AC Milan in January 2021. If you believe “calciomercato.com”, FC Bayern could make a new attempt in the summer.
