FC Bayern has competition in transfer flirting

FC Bayern is apparently dealing with Rasmus Höjlund as part of its search for a striker. But the competition never sleeps. A Premier League heavyweight is also said to have the attacker from Atalanta Bergamo on the list.

As the “90min” portal reports, Manchester United is interested in Höjlund. The English record champions are looking for a new goalscorer on the transfer market.

In addition to Höjlund, the names Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) and Victor Osimhen (SSC Napoli) have been mentioned again and again around Old Trafford. The stars mentioned are also associated with FC Bayern. The striker carousel could therefore turn in the summer.

Is Bayern dealing with Rasmus Höjlund?

Höjlund has made a name for himself in European football. With his body length of 1.91 meters and his power and physical presence, the center forward is compared to Erling Haaland.

The Danish international has already scored 14 competitive goals for Atalanta Bergamo this season. Due to his strong development, the 20-year-old should now also be on the list at FC Barcelona.

In mid-April, “Sport Bild” reported that Höjlund should be the focus of FC Bayern. The German record champions want to go on the offensive in the summer.

FC Bayern looking for a striker

“We lack the goalscorer who gets things done. That’s what we’ll definitely need in the future,” said club president Herbert Hainer after the Champions League quarter-final defeat by Manchester City.

The two clashes with the Skyblues from the Premier League illustrated FC Bayern’s striker problem. Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is having a surprisingly strong season. At 34, the native of Hamburg is no longer the youngest.
