FC Bayern | Ballon d’Or prediction for offensive star: “He’s a fantastic footballer”

At 21, Jamal Musiala is one of the players who will take FC Bayern back into a golden future and will play a key role in determining the next few years of the German national football team. The fact that the offensive player has outstanding skills has not gone unnoticed by an English icon.

“This guy has the potential to win the Ballon d’Or. I’ve said it before, he has the potential to do so if the path is right for him and he plays in a successful team,” ex-defender Rio gushes Ferdinand was bursting with praise.

“The way he receives the ball, he’s hard to catch, he survives a duel and gets through traffic. He’s a fantastic footballer,” the 45-year-old explains his assessment to “TNT Sports”.

A look at Ferdinand’s CV shows how highly these words should be valued: The Englishman played most of his career at Manchester United, played over 500 Premier League and almost 100 Champions League games and, among other things, won the English championship six times Champions League 2008. The London native also played 81 international matches and took part in three World Cup finals with the Three Lions.

FC Bayern’s youngster has no limits

What’s even more impressive than this haul is that Musiala is already close to it. The native of Stuttgart, who also has English citizenship, has already won the Champions League and four championship titles. 25 senior international matches for the DFB selection are already a big footprint in history.

If you believe Ferdinand, the limit is probably far from being reached: “I think the biggest compliment I can give him is that I don’t know where his upper limit is,” said the Brit.

“With most players, even if they are only 20 or 22 years old, you think: ‘I think they will reach this level and that’s it.'” This is not the case with Musiala.
