The Düsseldorf online retailer Fashionette AG once again has a two-person board. On Monday evening, the supervisory board appointed Laura Vogelsang to the executive committee with immediate effect, after CEO Dominik Benner had acted as sole director for the past few months.
According to the company, Vogelsang’s board mandate is initially limited to the end of the year. With her appointment, “the company’s statutory requirements are met to have a full quorum at board level during this period,” said the e-commerce specialist in a statement published on Tuesday.
The manager, who has been with Fashionette since 2018 and has held various management positions during this time, will “thank her expertise, especially in the areas of risk and payment, as well as human resources, to the CEO Dr. Support Dominik Benner in quickly and successfully implementing the package of measures introduced to increase profitability,” the company explained.
