Fashion brand Petar Petrov completes restructuring process

The Austrian fashion label Petar Petrov is hoping for a successful future again.

Vienna-based Petar Petrov GmbH, which had to file for bankruptcy in July, completed its restructuring process on November 6th after accepting the restructuring plan, CEO Petar Petrov said on Wednesday in a letter obtained by FashionUnited.

“Our company used this process to restructure itself,” emphasized Petrov. “We emerge from this phase confident and strengthened and will continue to focus on providing our customers with the quality, service and partnership we stand for.”

The company succeeded in securing “all of our jobs and our collaborations with our local and international customers, producers and business partners” and was therefore able to “successfully continue to run the company,” it says in the letter.

Petrov founded the women’s fashion label in 2009. His collections are available at renowned international luxury fashion retailers such as Galeries Lafayette, Harrods, Matches Fashion and Net-A-Porter, among others.
