The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) warned the general director of Fresh Auto and the vice-president of the Russian Automobile Dealers Association Denis Migal from statements that could violate the law on competition. reported on the website of the department.

“The department reminds that organizations are prohibited from coordinating economic activity if it can lead, among other things, to the establishment or maintenance of prices,” the FAS added.
