It is still the big stunner of the public broadcaster: Boer Searches Woman. The new season finally started yesterday and there were no fewer than 2.8 million viewers (47% market share). For many people, the dating show of NPO 1 is carefree television in times of war and the threat of war.

Chantal and Wendy

The return of Farmer Wants Woman is a sledgehammer blow for Chantal Janzen and Wendy van Dijk, because they see their viewing figures plummet. Chantal’s show Beat the Champions goes from 1.1 million to 787 thousand viewers (-29 percent) and Wendy’s show Wie van de Drie goes from 821 thousand to 459 thousand viewers (-44 percent).

During the second half of prime time, Project Rembrandt scored best with 1.2 million viewers on NPO 1. In contrast, Humberto had 762 thousand viewers and Nieuwsuur reached 726 thousand viewers.
