After discovering the goalkeepers with the most clean sheets and with the best average rating recorded so far, here are the cases in which the second or third ones have “stolen” or inherited, due to injuries or technical choices, the starting role. second/third starting goalkeepers
—
The most striking case of the season is at Juventus. By Gregory (fantasy average of 5.4) started the year as a starter and Perin had the chance to play in the Italian Cup and in a handful of matches in the Champions League. Then came the defeat against Como last February 21st, starring Di Gregorio, despite himself, due to some uncertainty about the two goals conceded. From there everything changes: Perin (5.4fm) he started and went on to vote in the Fantasy Championship in the following four games. Before this period, he had only voted on three occasions. At the moment he seems to be the Juventus starter until the end of the season. There has also been a change in Parma, but it has been expected for months. Suzuki (4.8), a starter in goal for Emilia, had broken a finger during the match against Milan last November. It has often been used in its place Crows (5.6) voted on 17 consecutive occasions. Only in two rounds was he ousted by Guaita and Rinaldi. With the return of the Japanese, the 2001 class has returned to the bench and it should be like this until the end of the championship.
the Pisa case
—
The case of the Tuscan club is curious as it alternated three goalkeepers throughout the championship: Always (17 games to vote), Scuffet (7) e Nicolas (6). After the initial ownership, the Croatian lost some ground and the former Udinese player held the starting role from the 20th to the 24th matchday. Semper had also stopped due to a knee problem, favoring the ownership of Scuffet, who however ran into a muscle problem before the match against Milan last February. New coach Hiljemark therefore opted for the third goalkeeper Nicolas Andrade, starter for six rounds despite the return of his two colleagues.
changes due to injury
—
Bologna and Lazio had to take action due to two serious injuries to their starters Skorupski And Provedel. Will be Ravaglia to defend the posts for the rossoblù until the end of the season: he had already failed on 13 occasions due to another injury that stopped the Pole in the autumn. At Lazio, however, there was a pleasant discovery Motta. After the shoulder injury that ended Provedel’s season early, Sarri had to launch the 2005 class who so far have won on three occasions and in the last outing against Bologna he saved a penalty from Orsolini.
