The sexual crime that Tähkä is accused of was brought before the Kanta-Häme district court on Tuesday. The suspected crime took place in Hämeenlinna on Friday, October 28, 2022. Tähkä had a gig in the city the night before.
The prosecution has not yet been given a hearing date.
Cob has denied the crime.
– I am not guilty of the alleged things, and I have given my own explanation on the subject to the authorities. I am confident that my innocence will be established in time, hopefully as soon as possible, Tähkä commented to Iltalehte by email on Thursday.
