Famke Louise won the summary proceedings this afternoon that she had filed against the Gossip Talk program. She drinks a glass of red wine on their defeat, can be seen on Instagram.
Jan Roos and Dennis Schouten, the men of RoddelPraat, were taken to court by Famke Louise because they played an unreleased song by her. In it she sings all kinds of negative things about her former manager Ali B. The men then concluded that she was probably abused by the rapper.

Gossip must now remove the episode in question and must also post a rectification. According to the judge, they have ‘stepped beyond the limits of freedom of expression’.
Famke is very happy with it, let them know on Instagram. “I am happy with the verdict. I previously debunked the Gossip Talk accusations myself in a short video, but say it again here.”
Then she sums up: “I am not the woman from the BOOS broadcast around the Voice abuses. I was not abused by Ali B.”
Way too far
The gentlemen have really gone too far, says Famke. “I am for freedom of expression, but the false accusations by Gossip Talk went way too far. They are absolutely untrue, harmful and touched me personally deeply.”
“I am happy that the judge ruled in my favor and that it has been decided that Gossip Talk has infringed my copyright and my privacy. I am glad that the broadcast of Gossip Talk is being removed and that Gossip Talk should be rectified.”
Responsibility
She concludes: “I hope that Gossip Talk from now on will take responsibility and do better research before making such bold statements.”
