The 175 randomly selected members of the National Citizens’ Council for Climate were given the opportunity to come up with solutions for the climate problem for a year. Today they will hand over their recommendations to outgoing Prime Minister Dick Schoof. Editor Floor Boon followed the process and saw enthusiasm, hope, emotion and frustration.
