Facebook’s parent company wants to fire thousands of poorly performing employees: “The bar must be raised”

Facebook parent company Meta Platforms plans to fire thousands of underperforming employees with the aim of refilling their positions this year. CEO Mark Zuckerberg wrote this in an internal memo sent to employees, reports financial news agency Bloomberg.
