The operators’ point of view on the last race of the season with Norris, Verstappen and Piastri in the running for the title
The long-awaited moment has finally arrived. We are at the last GP of the season: the 58 laps of Yas Marina will decide who will be the winner of the 2025 Drivers’ World Championship, with three drivers separated by just 16 points who will battle until the checkered flag. Let’s find out the odds for the Abu Dhabi F1 GP scheduled for Sunday 7 December at 2pm.
F1 GP ABU DHABI ODDS
—
After reopening it against all odds, Max Verstappen is now trying to keep the Drivers’ World Championship alive until the end. His pole position in Abu Dhabi is another of Max’s sporting miracles, who keeps the two best cars behind him and declares between the lines that he has no intention of giving up the fight for the title. Even if Norris, who will start alongside him, even just one podium would be enough for the title. But the Dutchman is like that: as long as he has even the slightest hope he won’t retreat an inch. And so the bookies are banking on his success in the last GP of the season, quoted at just 1.33 on William Hill and AdmiralBet and 1.40 on LeoVegas. Norris’s victory, which he could be content to manage without pushing too much, pays between 3.75 and 4.00, while for Piastri – almost cut out of the game – it reaches 9.
WHO WINS THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP?
—
The odds are very different if we take into consideration the victory of the World Cup. The ranking sees Norris in clear advantage with his 408 points, followed by Verstappen (396) and Piastri (392). The big favorite is obviously Lando Norriswho is also the only one to have his destiny in his own hands: by winning in Abu Dhabi or arriving on the podium, the Briton would be certain of the title. And his final success is worth just 1.30 on Snai, Vincitu and StarVegas, while Verstappen (which needs a victory and a Norris placing from 4th place down) fluctuates between 3.50 and 4.00 and Plateswho must win and hope for the flop of both, between 12 and 15.
