Eyüpspor beat Samsunspor, which it hosted in the 15th week of the Super League, with a score of 3-0. Following this result, Eyüpspor rose to 26 points, while Samsunspor remained at 29 points.


Referee Atilla Karaoğlan blew the whistle in the match played at Kasımpaşa Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium. Atilla Karaoğlan’s assistants were Mehmet Emin Tuğral and Suat Güz.


In the first 20 minutes of the match, Eyüpspor and Samsunspor could not take advantage of the scoring opportunities they had, and this part ended in a goalless draw. The rest of the first half witnessed a struggle in the midfield and the team went to the locker room with a score of 0-0. Eyüpspor took the lead in the 55th minute. Robin Yalçın’s cross from the right side to the front post, Mame Thiam sent the ball into the net with a shot with the inside of her foot: 1-0.


Eyüpspor increased the difference to 2 in the 64th minute. Halil Akbunar, who received the ball outside the penalty area, shot from the right diagonal after entering the penalty area and the ball went into the net: 2-0.


The home team scored the 3rd goal in the 69th minute. Caner Erkin took charge of the free kick won from the right diagonal outside the penalty area. Mame Thiam headed Caner Erkin’s cross to the front post and put the ball into the net: 3-0. No other goals were scored in the remaining minutes and the match ended with Eyüpspor leading 3-0. Following this result, Eyüpspor rose to 26 points; Samsunspor remained at 29 points.
