In the first 20 minutes of the match, Eyüpspor and Samsunspor could not take advantage of the scoring opportunities they had, and this part ended in a goalless draw. The home team scored the 3rd goal in the 69th minute. Caner Erkin took charge of the free kick won from the right diagonal outside the penalty area. Mame Thiam headed Caner Erkin’s cross to the front post and put the ball into the net: 3-0. No other goals were scored in the remaining minutes and the match ended with Eyüpspor leading 3-0. Following this result, Eyüpspor rose to 26 points; Samsunspor remained at 29 points.
