"Extremely high terrorist threat": another twentysomething arrested who wanted to commit a ‘Christmas attack’ in Germany

Once again, the German police have taken into custody a suspect (20) who wanted to sow ‘Christmas terror’. Possible target? The Hanover Christmas market. Two teenagers who plotted an attack on the Leverkusen Christmas market were previously arrested. Just a few days ago, the head of Germany’s domestic intelligence service, Thomas Haldenwang, warned of an “extremely high terrorist threat.”
