Galatasaray Club will hold an extraordinary general assembly in order to carry out many different activities and realize legal transactions and savings related to them. According to the statement of the yellow-red club, if the majority cannot be reached at the meeting to be held at the Lütfi Kırdar International Congress and Exhibition Center at 10:00 on Saturday, June 20, the next meeting will be held at the same place and time on Saturday, June 27, regardless of the majority.
The board of directors of Galatasaray Club will request authorization to carry out legal transactions and dispositions regarding real estate projects and club real estate at the general assembly.
The board of directors will also request authorization to establish the Galatasaray Basketball Joint Stock Company, to ensure that the company to be established participates in the NBA Europe organization as a permanent license holder if the terms are agreed upon, and to sell some of its shares to investors, if necessary, provided that the control of the company to be established remains with the club.
