1Asymmetric and dedicated speed Metro Ethernet product can be sold to new and existing customers via FTTH infrastructure.
2For customers who want to purchase ME Internet via FTTH infrastructure, the location information where they request internet services is entered into the MTS system and a serviceability query is made. If the serviceability query is negative, ME Internet service is not provided to the customer over the FTTH infrastructure.
3If there is no FTTH infrastructure in the location requested by the customer, infrastructure service is not provided in line with the customer’s request.
4Service-related connection and transfer requests will be finalized within 25 business days from the application. Cancellation requests for the service are made within 5 business days from the notification date. Fault correction will be provided within 24 hours after notification of a fault regarding the service. Faults will be fixed between 08:00 – 24:00. The Annual Availability Rate of the Service is 99.7%. These periods will not be absolutely binding on TÜRK TELEKOM and cannot be considered as a Service Level Commitment.
5It will not be possible to switch directly to Ekspres ME Internet service from another service type. For example, subscribers in ordering systems that have one of the ME Internet circuit or Broadband internet services will not be able to switch to the Ekspres ME Internet service through service conversion. Applications for the Ekspres ME Internet service can only be made through a new subscription.
6If existing Metro Ethernet Internet subscribers want to cancel their subscriptions and switch to Express Metro Ethernet Internet service, the cancellation fee will be charged to the customer.
7Subscribers receiving Ekspres ME Internet service will be able to switch between the available speeds of Ekspres ME Internet products without changing the service type. If committed subscribers switch to a speed below the promised speed, the subscriber’s commitment will be terminated and the applicable penalty fee will be reflected. Uncommitted subscribers can switch to Ekspres ME Internet packages that are available for sale.
8Subscribers who benefit from Ekspres ME Internet service within the scope of the campaign; In case he switches from the promised speed package to lower speed packages or freezes his line or his subscription is canceled or caused to be canceled by TTNET; In accordance with the 5th paragraph of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Regulation on the Electronic Communications Sector, discounts provided to the Subscriber on the monthly internet package fee of the main circuit from the date the Letter of Commitment is signed by the Subscriber until the period when the breach of commitment occurs + Current Amounts of the Connection Fee Based on the Commitment, which is covered free of charge + Current Amounts of the Product/Device Based on the Commitment, which is covered free of charge + During the Subscriber’s request to benefit from the Campaign, the sum of the penalty fees arising from the violation of the Campaign commitments terminated upon the Subscriber’s request (“Benefit Provided”) and the total of the main circuit discounted internet package fees that the Subscriber undertakes to pay during the remaining commitment period (“Remaining Months Benefit”), whichever is lower, will be collected from the Subscriber as the Fee to be Paid in Case of Violation. In addition, the total of the installation fee, if any, and the remaining installments of the devices/services/products sold in installments will be collected separately.
