1Asymmetrical and SELF Fast Metro Ethernet product can be sold to new and existing customers through FTTH infrastructure.
2For customers who want to buy me internet via ftth infrastructure, the location information they require internet services are entered into the MTS system and a service can be given. If the service can be given negative, the customer is not provided to the customer via ftth infrastructure.
3If there is no FTTH infrastructure in the location requested by the customer, infrastructure service is not provided according to the customer request.
4Connection and transport requests for the service will be finalized within 25 working days from the application. Cancellation requests for the service are made within 5 working days from the date of notification. Fault breeding will be provided within 24 hours after the failure notification of the service. Failures will be resolved between 08:00 – 24:00. The annual usability rate of the service is 99.7 %. These periods will not be absolutely binding in terms of Türk Telekom and the level of service will not be accepted as commitment.
5Express me will not be able to switch directly from another type of service to the internet service. For example, the subscriber service transformation in the order systems that have one of the ME internet circuit or one of the broadband internet services will not be able to go to the internet service with the transformation of the service. Express me can only apply to the internet service via the new subscription.
6If the existing Metro Ethernet internet subscribers want to cancel the subscriptions of the express metro ethernet internet service, the withdrawal fee will be collected from the customer.
7Subscribers receiving Express ME internet service will be able to switch between the open speeds of the internet products without making service types. If the commitment subscribers switch to a speed below the speed given, the commitment of the subscriber shall be broken and the penalty fee shall be reflected in the force. Subscribers without contracted can switch to internet packages open for sale.
8Subscribers who benefit from Express Me internet service within the scope of the campaign; In case of passing from the speed package to the lower speed packages or freezing the line or causing the subscription to cancel or cancellation by TTNET; Pursuant to Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Regulation on the Electronic Communication Sector, in accordance with the paragraph 5 of Article 12 of the undertaking by the subscriber, the contradiction of the undertaking from the date of the contradiction to the subscriber was provided on the monthly internet package fee of the main circuit.
