Expert is bothered by ‘hysteria’ surrounding the largest wave of dismissals in years: “Stop sowing panic”

The largest wave of layoffs in years. That is what some say awaits us. “Fanic-mongering,” sighs Jan Denys (65). He has been closely monitoring the labor market since 1984 and believes that we are unfairly allowing ourselves to be fooled. “There is no reason for hysteria.” Denys explains why in an interview. “Those massive layoffs? That is actually good news.”
