Promotion “Early Time”, which allows you to get a discount when paying for travel in the metro, extended until March 31, according to the Moscow mayor’s office.
The Early Time service allows passengers of the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya and Nekrasovskaya metro lines to save up to 50% on payments for morning trips outside rush hours.
In turn, the action “To the station” on the Kazan direction of the Moscow railway was extended to 20 stations in the direction of the capital.
Deputy Moscow Mayor for Transport Maxim Liksutov stressed that the “Early Time” campaign allowed to unload trains on the “purple” line of the Moscow metro by 7% in the morning.
The “Early Time” campaign was launched in November 2020. 100 thousand passengers a day enjoy a discount on travel, while 5.7 thousand people changed their daily travel time to off-peak.
In 2021, passengers made more than 25 million trips under the Early Time promotion. Discounts are valid on weekdays until 07:15 and from 08:45 to 09:15.
