Orm Heerkens from Norg does not know whether he is the largest collector of Asterix and Obelix in the Netherlands. What he does know is that he has a lot of stuff from the cartoon characters. From comic books to games, from stamps to figurines, key rings and chess figures. And his collection continues to grow.
He has now collected more than three thousand pieces. He proudly shows them in Expeditie Nederland. Heerkens also explains where his love for cartoon characters comes from and which pieces he would like to add to his collection.
Reporter Ineke Kemper also meets Orm’s wife, Meike. She also appears to be an avid collector. Just not cartoon characters.
