Exceptional traffic in the direction of the coast: Ostend completely closed to incoming traffic

The weather is nice today and that attracts a lot of people to the coast. Ostend is now completely closed to incoming traffic. It is also very busy on the E40 towards the coast. In total there is currently a little less than 80 kilometers of traffic jams on the Flemish main roads: still exceptionally many. At 12 o’clock (the peak moment) there was no less than 220 kilometers of traffic jams.
