Jason Alexander, the ex-husband of Britney Spears who wanted to disrupt the singer’s marriage to Sam Asghari last week, has been given a three-year restraining order. He is not allowed to come near the artist or contact her in any other way during that period. A judge in Los Angeles has decided that, reports TMZ

Alexander pleaded his innocence. He even claimed that he did not attend the wedding venue at all on Thursday.

However, Spears’ ex-husband, whom she was married to for just 55 hours in 2014, filmed his appearance at the wedding uninvited and shared it on Instagram Live.

The judge set Alexander’s bail at an amount of more than 95,000 euros. As long as that amount is not paid, he will remain in pre-trial detention. Alexander is also suspected of theft in an older case and was wanted for that.

The judge has added another charge for stalking Spears to the already existing allegations.
