The former chairman of the OCMW of Anderlecht, Mustapha Akouz, (PS), on Monday in the Social Affairs Chamber Committee maintained that there was no question of clientelism at the OCMW. He thereby denied that “organized fraud” was committed at the level of the OCMW, as MP Denis Ducarme (MR) had stated.
