Midfielder Joshua Guilavogui is moving from Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg to French relegation candidates Girondins Bordeaux.
Lower Saxony confirmed the return of the 31-year-old to his home country after seven and a half years with the wolves on Sunday.
Bordeaux announced that the deal is a loan with an option to buy.
