“It all happened very suddenly”
Former Bochum and Mainz professional Pierre Kunde is moving to the Greek Super League. As Atromitos Athens reported on Tuesday, the 28-year-old central midfielder is joining the current bottom of the table on a season-long loan from Olympiakos Piraeus. The Cameroonian moved from FSV to the 47-time champions of Greece in 2021, for whom he has played 39 games (one assist) so far. In the second half of the 2022/23 season he was loaned out to VfL.
“I’m definitely very happy that everything went well in the end. It all happened very suddenly, but I wanted to be happy, in an environment and in a cabin that everyone told me was like a family. “I would like to thank everyone at Atromitos for managing to complete this difficult deal after the transfer deadline and now I want to live up to the trust they have placed in me,” said Kunde, who has not played so far this season has remained.
