Ex-Bundesliga professional Drmic is moving to Dinamo Zagreb – the market value at Rijeka has risen

Leaves Norwich for good

Former Bundesliga professional Josip Drmic (29) will play for Dinamo Zagreb in the future. The champions presented the former Switzerland international as a new signing, coming to the Croatian capital from Norwich City. Drmic was last on loan at HNK Rijeka since February 2021, where he contributed 32 goals and five assists in 55 games.

In the past season of the 1. HNL, the striker was the second-best scorer in the league with 21 goals in 30 appearances. During his loan in Rijeka, Drmic was able to increase his market value again after three devaluations in a row and is now valued at 3 million euros. The attacker joined his regular club Norwich on a free transfer from Borussia Mönchengladbach in 2019 and played 24 games (three goals) for the English team before moving to Croatia.
