The real estate topper of Eva Jinek is big news this week in the gossip magazine Weekend. ‘Eva Jinek sells house in a day’, reads the headline. ‘Talkshowster can add FOUR TONS OF PROFIT.’ It is of course a nice bonus on top of her salary at RTL, where she allegedly takes 1.2 million euros per year.

Million euros

Shortly after signing her million-dollar contract with RTL, Eva bought a very expensive villa in Abcoude and the move is now over. Although she has not lived in her old apartment in Amsterdam South for a while because of renovations below, Eva has now sold it.

Eva bought the 130 square meter apartment in 2015 for 686,013 euros and put it up for sale for 1,030,000 euros. So almost Eva’s annual salary. “And in general there are still outbids in Amsterdam, so there is a good chance that much more than that 1 million has been paid,” says Weekend boss Bart Ettekoven in Shownieuws.

“Jealous, Bram?”

The apartment was gone within a day, Bart knows. “She just made four tons in that one day.”

Then to his table companion Bram Moszkowicz, Eva’s ex: “I see Bram looking across the street. He thinks: yes, that half of those four tons could have been mine.”

Bram laughing: “That Bart…”

How many bells?

Bart: “Hahahaha. Yes, I saw you calculate: how many clocks is that?”

Bram: “Well, you read a lot more than I try to radiate.”

Ten years ago, at the end of 2012, the controversial love affair between Bram and Eva came to an end after two years. Today she is happy with director Dexter van der Voorn, who has become a house dad.

Eva’s old apartment can be viewed via Funda. The apartment has a west-facing balcony. “Eva sat here in the sun from noon to night,” says de Weekend.

The front door is located on the Beethovenstraat. “There is always a buzz, on one of the best-known and more luxurious shopping streets in Amsterdam.”
