European Medicines Agency approves groundbreaking AI tool for research in liver disease

The European Medicines Agency approved an AI tool for the first time last week for medical examination. It can help pathologists analyze liver biopsy and is used in clinical studies into the severe liver disease ‘metabolic disk-function associated steatotic liver disease’ (masld).
