EUREX/DAX futures somewhat firmer – easing around oil prices

FRANKFURT (Dow Jones) — The DAX futures are somewhat firmer on Thursday morning before the cash markets open. In view of the easing of the currency issue for Russian oil payments and the subsequent fall in oil prices, things could continue to improve, according to the market.

The June contract of the DAX futures is currently rising by 49 to 14,646 points. The daily high so far is 14,688 and the daily low is 14,619 points. To date, 1,880 contracts have been implemented.
