TVM hopes to open the new office along Stationsplein in 2028. Next year will be reserved for further development of the plans. “Then we will sit together at the table,” says Councilor Wind. “Preparing permits and so on.”
Building a climate-neutral building will take about two years, the insurer says. According to Verwoest, they will continue to work at their current location for another three years. “After that it will probably be used for something other than an office building.”
