Eterna Mode GmbH appoints Christian Bregovac to the role of CEO.
Bregovac will take up his new role on February 1st, the Passau-based shirt specialist announced on Wednesday on the career network Linkedin. He succeeds Fritz Terbuyken, who only took over the executive chair at the beginning of 2024.
“I am very pleased to be able to continue to lead the traditional Eterna brand into the future. Eterna stands for quality and sustainability,” said Bregovac. “With the powerful team that Eterna has built up in the meantime, we will exploit the brand’s full potential in the coming years.”
Eterna CEO comes from Lidl
The new Eterna boss has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, according to the statement. Bregovac comes from Lidl, where he was responsible for the textile division as a member of the management team. Before his time at the German food discounter, he worked for clothing suppliers such as Triumph and Seidensticker, among others.
“We are very pleased to have gained an experienced man in Christian who knows the industry,” said Eterna sales manager Dirk Heper. “His experience in operational excellence and corporate fashion is an asset to Eterna and will take us further forward.”
