Estopa will perform for the first time at the Estadi and Cívitas next summer on its 25th anniversary

The video that showed David and Jose Muñoz walking on the grass Olympic Stadiumscanning the stands, excited and perhaps a little trembling, complemented by images of the Madrid native Civitas Metropolitan, gave an idea of what was to come. And indeed, Tow will premiere next summer in separate macro settings, in the context of the tour with which they commemorate their 25th career anniversary.

The concert of Olympic Stadium will be on July 10, 2024, and before that the one in Madrid will take place, on June 22. Both events will be the most crowded of the anniversary ‘tour’ that they will undertake next spring. David and Jose will officiate, on Thursday at 10:00 p.m. on ‘El hormiguero’ (Antena 3), the start of ticket sales, which will be launched at that same moment.

The tour will be accompanied by an album with new songs, ‘Estopía’, which will go on sale in March. One of them, ‘The day you leave’, will take the lead and be published next Friday, December 1. It is a rumba that points to its origins, watered by clapping and with choruses from a figure familiar to Estopa, the singer Chonchi Heredia.
