Erik menendez has been sitting for years in prison for his brother Lyle Menendezin with the murder of their parents. US media now report that Erik is currently not sitting in prison, but is in the hospital.
California Criminal Sanctions Agency confirms For TMZthat Menendez was transferred to treatment on Friday.

“Erik currently has a serious illness,” Geragos comments.
According to TMZ, Menendez has been diagnosed with urinary disease.
There is no information on the duration of the treatments so far. According to sources received by TMZ, Gavin Newsom, California Governor, is currently looking at Erik’s state of health whether Menendez can be released from prison on vacation.
Erik and Lyle Menendez’s next hearing is scheduled to be held in August. In May, the brothers’ life imprisonment was relieved to be 50 years old.
The brothers recently submitted the so -called Habeus Corpus application. In the proceedings, the court will examine whether the arrest or imprisonment of a person has been legally arrested.
Recently, the judge gave the prosecutor of the Los Angeles County, on the basis of the application, to demonstrate why the brothers should not be relieved.
