Clean Logistics SE: Changes in the Board of Directors
Hamburg, December 29, 2022: Clean Logistics SE (ISIN DE000A1YDAZ7) has been informed by Dirk Lehmann that he is resigning from his position as a member and chairman of the administrative board as of December 29, 2022 for personal reasons. The Company intends to court appoint Fraser McKenzie as a new director.
In addition to McKenzie, the board of directors would then consist of Dirk Graszt and Philip Moffat. Fraser McKenzie would stand for election to the Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting.
