Avemio AG publishes preliminary figures for 2022 for the Teltec Group
Dusseldorf, May 2, 2023 Avemio AG, a leading system supplier for hardware and software in the field of professional broadcast, media, audio and video solutions via its newly acquired subsidiary Teltec AG, announces the preliminary business figures of the Teltec Group for the 2022 financial year.
According to this, the total revenue of the Teltec Group, which is included in Avemio AG for the first time in the 2023 annual financial statements, fell from EUR 111.5 million in the 2021 financial year to EUR 105.5 million in 2022, and the EBIT fell from EUR 5.5 million 3.0 million euros. After the strong increase in previous years, this development is in line with expectations and is mainly due to increased growth costs and expenses for the reverse IPO in 2022.
For the current financial year, the Avemio Group expects the successful implementation of its buy-and-build strategy to continue.
