High energy bills, too few staff and rising costs: after corona and other crises, some entrepreneurs are out of business. Three catering establishments in the Dorpsstraat have recently been closed. You can read which ones they are below.
Nothing Food and Drink
Lunchroom and restaurant Niks Eten en Drinken has been permanent since the end of December Closed. Due to the economic crisis and all the setbacks before, the owners have decided to stop. We will keep you informed if a new business moves into the building at Dorpsstraat 108.

Los Muchachos
In 2020, owner Shim decided to move his Argentinian restaurant Los Muchachos from the Stadshart to the former building of restaurant Sabra. After the corona period and a shortage of staff, it became increasingly difficult for Shim to keep his business afloat. In November 2022, he decided to close his restaurant permanently after more than thirty years.
