ORevery now and then the gossip tries to put them back together, but for Emma Brown And Stefano De Martino the times when they were a couple will not return, despite the affection that still binds them.

The singer herself, guest of the podcast, spoke about the unlikelihood of a flashback Outside of Cabello: “I would never go back together”declared the artist, who sees De Martino a bit like his own “high school sweetheart”.
Their history dates back to the times when they both participated in Friends 9, in 2009: «We were together in a period in which our lives were exploding. I had Stefano a beautiful relationship, he was the boyfriend who made me laugh the most of all.” The singer won that edition of the talent show, while he, still a dancer at the time, was eliminated in the semi-final and placed fifth.

The end of the story with De Martino was dramatic for the singer. «It ended in a turbulent way», recalled Emma Marrone, «There were the spotlight on and other people involved. It’s not the first story that ends in horns, but we were 20 years old.” The love ended due to De Martino’s betrayals with Belén Rodriguez in 2012.

For Emma that period was very difficult, so much so that it also had repercussions on her career. «I was on the covers of all the newspapers. This thing slowed down my career by at least 5 or 6 years», admitted the singer. “It took me years to get out of that stuff and become credible.”
Obviously today a flashback seems impossible to her. The relationship with De Martino is friendly, but nothing more: «We have many friends in common, we often meet for dinner or on the street. We are friends, there is nothing more beautiful than recovering the most beautiful part of our relationship. Everyone has their own path, and we love each other.”
