Emeli Sandé has announced the release of her new album “Let’s Say For Instance” on May 6th, 2022. At the same time, the British singer-songwriter has announced an extensive UK and European tour, which will include performances with her full band as well as a series of intimate acoustic piano recitals.
In Germany, Emeli Sandé is coming to Cologne with the “Brighter Days Tour” for two concerts: on June 4th she can be seen together with her band at the Carlswerk Victoria and on June 9th solo at the Kulturkirche in Cologne.
As Sandé’s first release with an independent label, “Let’s Say For Instance” marks a new era in her wide-ranging artistic output, according to promoter LiveNation’s announcement. She explores new realms of sound, including through facets of classical, disco and nostalgic R&B, freeing herself from the expectations of others and showcasing her holistic skills as a songwriter, producer and singer in new and versatile ways. The artist herself calls her album “an ode to resilience, rebirth and recovery”.
