Musician Grimes or Claire Boucher has been challenged by the Tesla boss Elon Musk’s to court, reports Page Six.
Grimes has filed a “petition to establish a parental relationship” in a California court.
The ex-couple has three children together: a son born in May 2020 X AE A-Xii i.e. X, a daughter born in December 2021 Exa Dark Sideræl i.e. Y and a son born in June 2022 Techno Mechaninus i.e. Tau.

Since Musk and Grimes were not married at the time of their children’s birth, Grimes is requesting a court ruling on the children’s official parents.
Court documents are classified, but Page Six reports that Musk has not responded to Grimes’ petition.

Musk and Grimes have had a contentious relationship that ended in divorce in 2021. The two youngest children were born with the help of a surrogate.
Earlier this fall, Grimes pleaded with Musk on X (formerly Twitter) to let her see her son.
Grimes did not specify which boy she was talking about.
